Large rooms, clean facilities, and helpful staff. The hotel's rooms are very spacious and very well taken care of. the staff is available to help guests anytime and are very friendly. The hotel is in a quiet part of town but it is within walking distance of some great restaurants. , the hotel is located close to some great shopping and entertainment options.
Lack of fresh coffee and distant location. The hotel only offers instant coffee which lacks the quality of fresh coffee.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and clean. the beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. the hotel location was perfect for me with easy access to public transportation. the private parking was a plus for those who are driving. the hotel offered a reasonable standard breakfast every morning and the internet connection was very reliable.
The hotel felt a bit outdated in terms of design and decor. some of the staff had trouble speaking English and the location was a bit outside of the main city center.
